About us
Our mission
To empower millions of individuals to reflect on mortality and find peace of mind as they prepare for this inevitable human experience. While ensuring comfort for their remaining families.
By providing a space for individuals to share what’s in their hearts and assuring them that their words will continue to guide, comfort, and nurture their loved ones as they move forward in life.
The story behind
DieWell was created in 2024 after our founder’s mom, Maria, passed away.
Maria had stage 4 cancer and had been on chemo for 4 years. During that time, all their energy went into supporting her recovery. Conversations about death and other meaningful topics were set aside—until the very end.
DieWell exists to help people like her experience a more meaningful cancer journey—by providing a safe space to reflect, leave memories, and share words that might be too emotional to say in person. While offering closure and lasting memories—both old and new—for their families.
It’s something our founder would have cherished from her mom.
